Quick Slim Use Suggestion

Starter Program (2 days)

• The daily dose consists of 5 meals consumed 3 hours apart.
• Mix 1 packet (23 g) of powder with 300 ml of semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat) and drink it with each meal.
• For the first 2 days, you only eat QUICK SLIM and do not consume any other food.
• It is not recommended to consume food between meals, except for unsweetened tea, coffee and calorie-free drinks.
• The initial program can be extended for up to 3 weeks.

Continuation Program (Day 3 and Beyond)

• Instead of 2 main meals a day (preferably in the morning and evening), 2 sachets of QUICK SLIM are used and 1 healthy main meal (preferably at noon) is consumed.
• Mix 1 packet (23 g) of powder with 300 ml of semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat) and drink.
• A continuation program will be beneficial when implemented as part of an energy-restricted diet.
• It should be noted that other food items are also part of this diet.
