Article 4: Right of Withdrawal and Order Cancellation Situations in which the BUYER will have the right to return the product purchased and cancel the order without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason: 1. SELLER sends expired products. 2. SELLER sends the wrong product. 3. SELLER sends damaged product. 4. The SELLER does not send the product within the specified period (30 days). In order to exercise the right of withdrawal and order cancellation, the BUYER must notify the SELLER using one or all of the above-mentioned options in accordance with the legal provisions within the withdrawal period, and the product and the product packaging must be undamaged. The shipping cost of the returned product due to the right of withdrawal and order cancellation due to the above reasons belongs to the SELLER.
