What is inside each sachet

The blend combines two natural caffeine sources with L-Carnitine, a fibre and a group of well-known herbs:

• Green tea and guarana give the drink its gentle lift. Guarana has more caffeine than green tea, so Diox is a little stronger than teas without guarana.

• L-Carnitine is a compound that your body also makes itself.

• Chitosan is a fibre that usually comes from crustacean shells.

• Birch extract and fennel are classic herbs in European tea traditions.

• Rosemary and echinacea add a fresh, herbal note.

• Blueberry and stevia give the fruity taste without added sugar.

Your daily routine with Diox Tea

• Morning: stir 1 sachet into a glass of hot water (about 200 ml). Drink it about 1 hour before breakfast.

• Evening: drink the second glass about 1 hour before dinner. If caffeine affects your sleep, do not drink it late.

• During the day: drink plenty of water, about 2–2.5 litres for most adults.

Do not use more than 2 sachets a day. Count Diox Tea as part of your daily caffeine, together with coffee, cola or energy drinks.

Your first 30 days

If you are new to the tea or sensitive to caffeine, start with 1 sachet a day for the first few days. Then continue with 2 sachets a day. Many customers use the two glasses as fixed points in the day: a warm drink before meals, more water and fewer sugary snacks. After one box, take a break of about one week before you start a new box.

Every body is different. Your diet, activity and sleep decide your results much more than any tea.

Who should not use Diox Tea Detox

• People who take antidepressants or other regular medication

• People with heart, liver or kidney conditions, or high blood pressure

• People with gastritis or stomach ulcers

• People who are sensitive to caffeine

Allergy note: chitosan usually comes from crustacean shells. Do not use this tea if you have a shellfish allergy. Echinacea belongs to the daisy family. If you are not sure, ask your doctor or pharmacist before use.

Diox Tea, Trex Tea or Nerox Tea?
